Warranty policy.

FAYA’s cable pack includes a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing faults. Keep your purchase confirmation and contact hello@myfaya.co.uk with your order reference, a description of the issue and photos where helpful.

We will review the claim and explain the next step. Damage caused by misuse, alteration or ordinary wear is not a manufacturing fault. This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
