YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy.

FAYA is owned by Sure Importers Limited in Nigeria and Spreadit Sourcing Limited in the UK. This Nigeria store is not yet accepting paid orders.

Information you provide

Contact enquiries open your email app and are sent only if you choose to send them. If you use an account or checkout preview, we process the contact and delivery details you enter to show the experience and test its operation. The checkout form stores your draft details in this browser for seven days so a refresh does not erase them. You can clear them through your browser storage settings.

Accounts and security

Essential cookies support sign-in and account security. Nigeria account and administrator records are kept in an isolated FAYA Nigeria database, separate from the UK store. Paid checkout remains disabled while the Nigeria store is being prepared.

Delivery and payments

Live payment and courier booking are currently disabled. Delivery estimates use the destination state and estimated parcel weight. No card details are collected by this website while paid checkout is disabled.

Marketing and reviews

Newsletter sending and review invitations remain disabled. They will be enabled only with appropriate consent and a separate Nigeria configuration.

Your questions
