What’s in your pack?
Three black USB-C to USB-C cables, each two metres long. Keep one at your desk, one by your bed and one in your bag. A wall charger is not included.
For charging up to 60W, use a compatible USB-C Power Delivery charger and device. A cable cannot make a device accept more power than it supports.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery is quoted by destination before payment. Free delivery will apply only to eligible Lagos addresses once ordering opens. Website payments and Fez booking are not yet enabled.

What comes in the FAYA pack?
Each pack contains three black USB-C to USB-C cables, each 2 metres long. A wall charger is not included.
Does it work with a USB-A charger?
No. Both ends of this cable are USB-C. You need a charger with a USB-C output; a USB-A socket requires a different cable.
Does this cable support 100W charging or video output?
The cable is rated for up to 60W, not 100W. Data-transfer speed and video-output capability have not been specified, so do not choose it for a particular data speed or monitor connection.
Will it work with my device?
FAYA supports USB-C charging for compatible phones, tablets, power banks and laptops. Check that your device has a USB-C charging port. Devices with Lightning or Micro-USB ports need a different cable.
Which charger should I use?
Use a charger with a USB-C output. For fast charging, choose a compatible USB Power Delivery (PD) charger. Your charger and device determine the power delivered, up to this cable’s 60W maximum.
How fast does it charge?
The cable supports up to 60W with compatible equipment. Actual charging speed depends on your device, charger, supported charging protocol, battery level and temperature. A 60W cable rating does not mean every device will charge at 60W.
Can I charge a laptop?
Yes, if the laptop supports USB-C charging within the cable’s 60W rating. Check the laptop manufacturer’s power requirements. This cable is not rated for power above 60W.
What if my cable develops a fault?
FAYA cables come with a one-year replacement warranty. Contact our support team with your order reference and a description of the fault so we can help.
